Yo Dduka is an online service that helps a business run its shops, Mobile Money and agent-banking counter. It is provided by Zireva Ventures ("we"). By creating a business or using a Yo Dduka login you agree to these terms.
Your business and your data
- The records your business enters belong to your business. You can download all of them at any time (More › Download my data).
- Only the people you give a login to can see your business. Yo Dduka support can open your business only when your Super Admin allows it (More › Help & support), for the days you choose, and everything support does appears in your activity list.
- You are responsible for who you give logins to, for keeping passwords private, and for what your staff record.
- How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy policy.
Free trial and subscription
- A new business gets a free trial. After it, the business chooses a plan and pays per month, in advance, at the prices shown on More › Subscription. We tell you in the app before prices change.
- Payments are made by Mobile Money or as shown on the Subscription page. Online payments are processed by Flutterwave; we never see your PIN.
- If a subscription is not paid, the business keeps working for a few grace days, then becomes read-only: you can still log in, look at and download everything, but nothing new can be recorded until it is paid. We do not delete your records because of a late payment.
- Payments already made are not refunded for unused days, unless we stop the service for reasons not caused by you.
Fair use
- Use Yo Dduka only for your own lawful business.
- Do not try to reach other businesses' data, copy, resell or take apart the service, or overload it.
- We may suspend a business that breaks these rules; it then becomes read-only and we tell you why.
The service
- We work to keep Yo Dduka available and your data backed up every day, but the internet, phones and the networks of MTN, Airtel and banks are outside our control. Always count your cash and floats yourself — the app helps you see differences, it does not guarantee them.
- Yo Dduka is not responsible for losses caused by staff, customers, networks or wrong entries, nor for indirect losses. If we are responsible for a loss, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.
- We may improve or change features. Important changes to these terms are announced in the app.
Stopping
You can stop using Yo Dduka at any time; download your data first. If you ask, we delete your business's data after 30 days (backups disappear within the following 14 days).
